		<description>My first guess for the origin of an unwarranted executable would be if the file had gotten tossed in a zip file, Windows partition, or other non-permissions supporting filesystem at some point (it wouldn&#039;t be *too* uncommon. A number of us have FAT formatted thumbdrives for working with windows machines</description>
