We Need An Accessibility Acid Test

Notes:

What we need is a litmus test that we could apply against WAI-ARIA implementations, and get empirical results as to the quality of ARIA support and the consistency with other implementations.

This has been done in the CSS/HTML world with a single page that must be rendered identically to the reference bitmap.

Our test can probably not be as quick and simple, but it is something worth striving to.
